Usually, yes. Google Sheets performance problems are almost always caused by volatile functions, whole-column references and array formulas recalculating unnecessarily. A restructure typically fixes it. If the dataset is genuinely too large for Sheets, we will tell you that instead of optimising something that needs to move to BigQuery.
